Often covered by insurance, this method promotes autonomy using positive reinforcement and a systematic approach while respecting the unique needs and preferences of the individual.
What We're Doing
There is an increasing demand for psychological evaluations & diagnostics particularly outside of the immediate DFW metroplex. We attempt to address the needs of these children and adults without the added burden of familial commuting of long distances to acquire services. We're conveniently located to Granbury, Stephenville, Cleburne, Glenrose, Joshua , Weatherford and Fort Worth, Texas as well as outlying areas. We provide diagnostics and full psychological evaluations for autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, PTSD, behavioral, mood, learning, or other concerns.
Autism Incidence Rates
Data from the CDC's Autism & Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) Network indicates that 1 in 31 children are identified with autism (Shaw et al, 2025). Additionally, in a study conducted by researchers at the CDC, Dietz et al. (2020) estimated that 1 in 45 US adults live with autism. Because of this, chances are someone you know or love is neurodivergent.

At Granbury Psychological Center we are concerned with the unique needs of the individual. We currently have no wait-list for autism, ADHD, and general psychological evaluations by our Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Randie Kay Harrings. We provide a comfortable environment for testing and you are welcomed to bring your comfort items or supportive person to the evaluation. We provide psychological evaluations, testing, and diagnostics for intellectual disability, learning disorders, mood-based, behavioral, or emotional disorders; as well as psychological evaluations needed for PTSD, foster care or other agency requirements for the purposes of bonding, adoption, familial reunification, and medical bariatric procedures. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation report which may be used to inform decision-making and treatment options.
Agency or physician referrals may be faxed to: 866.468.0723. Most major insurance plans are accepted and we are in-network with many. We also accept Medicare, Care Credit, and private payment modalities.
